1. We shall construct building, designed by our architect and structural engineer only. |

2. We shall use only ISI mark materials or manufactured by ISO 9001 approved companies. |

3. We shall accept all our payments only through cheques/DDs with all applicable taxes. |

4. 5% of total estimated cost shall be paid to us as intial security deposit, which is refundable/adjustable ***at the end of project. |

5. Money in installments has to be deposited in advance for the proposed work, as per the work schedule ***prepared and signed on legal papers by both parties. Monthly expenditure bills shall be raised along ***with our consultancy fee along with all applicable taxes. These bills should be cleared and advance ***deposited before next phase of work is undertaken. |

6. You have to enter in to a legally binding construction agreement with “Shakthi Construction”, at the ***time of paying security deposit and before any service/work starts.
